Your Retreat visit
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any beauty and body treatment. This will allow you time to check in, fill out the necessary forms and relax.
Reservations
A credit card number is required at the time of booking Spa Packages. Advanced booking
prior to your treatment is recommended.
Mobile phones
Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off prior to entering the Retreat.
Cancellation policy
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, 24 hours notice is required. A full fee will be imposed for a ‘no show’
Late arrival
Please inform us if you are running late. Therapists can only spend the available time left if
you are late and you will still incur the full payment fee.
Refund policy
Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Retreat
reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not
available.
Valuables
The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money of valuables of any kind
brought onto the premises
Shower facilities
Rejuvenation Retreat has shower facilities for those having body treatments and wraps to
make sure you can get back to your day, relaxed and fresh.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available to purchase. We do not have an expiry date on Gift Certificates.
Referral Cards
Rejuvenation Retreat has a referral program on all services. All clients will receive $20 off
their next treatment per referral. New clients will also get $20 off their treatment. |
